Brakes At a prior service visit, I was told that I would have an extensive array of services including brake replacement before my warranty was up. Took my At a prior service visit, I was told that I would have an extensive array of services including brake replacement before my warranty was up. Took my car in and was told, I could not have the brakes replaced unless I was at 3,000 plus miles to go. According to my car's computer, my next service is scheduled for 3,000 miles (for brakes) and I will have just about gone over my warranty. I feel like I am being bamboozled so that I have to pay out of pocket. More

Amazing staff, professional treatment, high quality dealer I brought my F30 335 in for a performance tune. From the time I was greeted by the service assistant, to the welcoming of my service advisor, and ever I brought my F30 335 in for a performance tune. From the time I was greeted by the service assistant, to the welcoming of my service advisor, and every step in between, I was treated like a millionaire. When my service required several more hours than I had anticipated, I was provided a loaner on the spot and the freedom to come back on my own schedule. The dealership was clean, stocked with amenities, and had the friendliest staff of any BMW dealer I had visited previously. I actually look forward to going back! More
