Our salesman, Robert Noetzel, in particular was patient, knowledgeable and informative, Throughout a five-hour process during which we looked at, test drove and investigated three vehicles before finally settling on a 2019 X3, he was clearly interested in helping us find the right car for us, not just in selling a car, At delivery, the finance manager, Josh, explained the transactional details and "genius" Lewis spent an hour explaining the vehicle's features. We are pleased with the vehicle we purchased and the dealership. Buying a car can be stressful, but we felt that these people worked with us not against us. More

Horrible up-selling. Ruined he brand for me Brought the vehicle for an exhaust system recall repair. Previous "battery discharging" message reset by itself. Dealer wanted $149 to "diagnose". Brought the vehicle for an exhaust system recall repair. Previous "battery discharging" message reset by itself. Dealer wanted $149 to "diagnose". At warranty service check-in was told that I was "3,000 miles from my next 10,000 mile routine service". Declined early 10,000 mile service Battery replacement would be about $700 with labor. Declined. Was told that "Brakes were 'due' in 7,000 miles." Declined. Recall work wasn't started in time, despite 7:30 am drop off. Dealer kept the car over the weekend. At Monday pick-up, Dealer presented me with a repair estimate for brakes, plus $149 battery diagnostic fee for a total of $1037. Very nice. Declined all the up-sells at check-in. Dealer did an inspection on a totally unrelated system and tried another up-sell. My experience with dealership is uniformly horrible. As soon as pre-paid maintenance is over, everything is an up-sell. Check-in process is ponderous. Prices obscene. My independent BMW mechanic laughs, and generally wants 30-50% for the identical repairs. BMW Cleveland has ruined my experience with the brand. Sold the vehicle today. Informing all my friends and professional colleagues to avoid this dealer like the plague. More

Solon BMW disappointed Had some issues with my M6. Took it in to have some electronics replaced, new tires and headlight washer plate replaced on front bumper. Service rep must of been new and didn’t know what she was talking about. Put different tires on the car than we ordered, headlight washer plate was installed then we were told we needed to replace entire bumper because a tab was broken on washer plate (this was the problem in the first place). It was hanging out when I came to pick up the car. Now it is taped. Very disappointed! Will not go there again. More

This same tone started with the purchase of two company cars from BMW Cleveland and my later personal purchase of two more. I travel 30 miles each way to this dealership. More
