From Autotrader to New BMW - Absolutely 5* For BMW Cleveland I had been searching for either a low mileage, late model or new BMW 230 for some time both at regional BMW dealers and on various internet car buying I had been searching for either a low mileage, late model or new BMW 230 for some time both at regional BMW dealers and on various internet car buying sites. The 230 is not a popular BMW model and seldom are any/many found on local BMW lots. My specification had to include the Track Handling Package for its improved suspension, steering and braking capabilities. An Autotrader ad brought my attention to a leftover 2019 230i xDrive with Track Package at BMW Cleveland at a very attractive price (relative to MSRP). My initial inquiry was answered within the hour by our Client Advisor, Bryan Katic. He answered my questions concerning the car, its options and confirmed its odometer reading of only 93 miles. Upon my request, he promptly sent me a short walk-around video of the recently washed 230. He explained that while it was a Nov 2018 build, its warranty had only recently been initiated in July. After multiple e-mail exchanges, all of which Bryan replied to promptly, we made the deal and set a delivery date. As this was an out of state purchase, we flew into town and was met at the airport by BMW Cleveland's Genius Jon Lingelbach. Jon was very professional and friendly and took the drive time to the dealership to explain some of our future 230i features. Upon arrival Bryan offered us lunch on the premises before beginning the delivery process. The vehicle itself was immaculately detailed and the included winter wheels/tires were bagged and already loaded in the trunk/rear seat. Jon explained the vehicle's features to us, paired both our phones, and had activated our BMW accounts. Our meeting with Business Manager Joshua Deluco was courteous, professional and well organized and the necessary paperwork was processed with no "hard sell" after sales pressure for 'add-ons". When it came time for us to drive away in our new BMW, Sales Manager Marty Sharp, along with Bryan and Jon, bid us farewell, safe travels and thanked us for our business. We could not have asked for a more positive out of town new BMW purchase experience. While the particular vehicle and attractive price got our initial attention, the Davis Group's personnel really made for a totally enjoyable experience and we would highly recommend this dealership and in particular, our Client Advisor Bryan and Genius Jon. This service center is the only service center I trust to do a wheel alignment on my BMW. Steering wheel is always straight and true. I have been buying BMWs from this dealership for over 20 years and having all my BMW Service hear. I have never had a complaint. I highly recommend this dealership. More
