Jeff Allen and the geniuses were great to work with. Purchased my third BMW was Cleveland BMW, and all three with Jeff Allen. Jeff has never pushed me to make a decision, and had spent much time with me Purchased my third BMW was Cleveland BMW, and all three with Jeff Allen. Jeff has never pushed me to make a decision, and had spent much time with me explaining options and differences among models, and arranging cars for me to test drive, sometimes even for a weekend. This purchasing "dance" sometimes goes on for a few months, and Jeff is always patient. Jeff always seems to pay more attention to matching me with the right car for me, and not about selling a car. We then talk about price after the selection process is completed, and I always felt I receive a fair deal if not better then fair. To me, Jeff is the primary reason I keep coming back to Cleveland BMW. Hussain and Bobby have always been very helpful and are very knowledgeable about the technology features of my 2019 330i. Matt Newman has always been very receptive to my service issues, and covers nicely for BMW even when the company cannot find a resolution to an issues I had with the new 330i. I was not impressed with the handling of paper work after the deal, which was done by someone other than Jeff. More
Winter tire swap. On Thursday determined new snows needed. Tires not available & given Friday 11:30a appt. Tires did not arrive until afternoon. Was not told of the delay until 3:00p. Was at dealers needed. Tires not available & given Friday 11:30a appt. Tires did not arrive until afternoon. Was not told of the delay until 3:00p. Was at dealership until 4:30p. 5 hours for tire/wheel exchange! Was offered loaner but declined since this should have been a 2 hour job. Major problems @ BMW CLE: communication between Service Dept & Advisor, Advisor & customer, appreciation of the value of customer time. I have nearly 20-year relationship with dealership and have always been completely satisfied with sales & Jeff Allen’s service. While I may return for vehicle purchase, I will no longer use maintenance services. There has been a decline in customer services for some time and there is greater dealer competition for now in CLE. More

Quick Resolution on a Saturday Afternoon I rarely go to a dealer for service. In this case, I was stuck. Saturday afternoon with a flat run flat tire. Called BMW Cleveland at 12:15. They said I rarely go to a dealer for service. In this case, I was stuck. Saturday afternoon with a flat run flat tire. Called BMW Cleveland at 12:15. They said if I got it in by 12:45, they’d have the tire replaced by 3:00p closing time. Friendly staff and I really appreciated them getting the car in. Seemed like some bureaucracy, however. Spoke to parts, first. Tire was in stock, but they had to transfer me to service to schedule. Service then had to call parts to confirm if the job could be done, same day. Parr’s didn’t answer, so service had to walk across the dealership to ask the question. Not real efficient. Dropped the car off and greeted by a friendly intake team. Had to go inside to fill out paperwork and meet with a service coordinator- not a quick process. She was very friendly but not on top of her game. “So, why are you here?” “Well, I have a flat tire”. “And what’s the problem?” “Well, it’s flat.” “Oh, ok”. Anyhow, id recommend BMW Cleveland to anybody who likes working with a dealership. Id use them again for something my own mechanic couldn’t do. More

Since we purchased new winter tires, Danielle notified me the next day of a rebate and also allowed for a $20 credit on the alignment. The coupon for the alignment was in the car when we picked up the car. More
