I initially contacted Craig Grove via an online questionnaire asking basic questions about a few cars I was interested in learning more about. He went above and beyond what I would have expected in getting me all the info I requested, getting me a solid price, explaining my financing options as well as getting me a great rate. When I could finally make it to the dealership to test drive and purchase the vehicle there were no delays. Including the test drive and finance paperwork I believe my entire visit was less than an hour in length. I will not hesitate to go back to BMW Cleveland the next time we need to look for a car. More

Some of our experiences with other dealerships have been very frustrating; you don't leave feeling good about buying a car there. This was not the case with Avery and the Cleveland Team they were very hospitable, knowledgeable, considerate and honest to work with. For my husband and I this was a huge purchase on a vehicle and they helped to make our experience very enjoyable and comfortable.
