Formerly a resident of the Cleveland area I now live in South Carolina and traveled to th Jim Balala and the team at BMW Cleveland were outstanding. Formerly a resident of the Cleveland area I now live in South Carolina and traveled to their dealership to test drive and buy an M6 they had In stock that I could find nowhere else within a 700 mile radius of my home. I called a couple hours ahead of my arrival and the car was clean and ready to drive. When I decided to buy and made a fair offer there was no hassle at all. I drove the car off the lot the same day and am still enjoying this fabulous vehicle. I appreciate the attentiveness and care they took with me. Keep up the great work. Peter More

What's not to like? Great Cars, Impeccable Customer Service! I have wanted a BMW since I was 18. I drove my first one out of the showroom several years ago in my 30's. It felt like a dream. At that point in my life, I wasn't sure if my budget would allow for it but BMW Cleveland listened to my needs and budget and found me a car that fit both. I am now on my 3rd vehicle and each one has been better than the last. While my budget has grown with each car, they still listen to every need and concern I have. I have been working with Debbie Bednar on my car purchases. She has been fantastic. She really "gets" me. She knows my style, taste, etc. She always takes the time to chat with me when I come in for service or a car wash. She cares about her clients long-term. I have referred to other I know and my parents have bought 2 new BMWs from her in the last 2 years. Good friends of mine have also purchased multiple cars from her. I highly recommend her to anyone. She is extremely knowledgeable and will work as best she can to get you what you want. Additionally, the rest of the staff from the service staff to the receptionists all make you feel as if you are the most important customer. And, of course, BMWs are excellent vehicles. They are sporty and luxurious at the same time and drive well. I truly agree they are the ultimate driving machine. More

Ken Johnson was wonderful! I had looked at other dealerships, but was told "my" car wasn't available and I would have to order a new model. So, I emailed BMW Cleveland as a last attempt to find the vehicle I was looking for. Ken responded right away, and began searching to find it. Within 2 days he had found my car (in another state), with the exact specifications I wanted, in the colors I wanted, and offered a fair price right out of the gate. Ken and the rest of the team felt more like friends than car salesmen! They were courteous and knowledgeable, and made the whole process enjoyable - which is not something I'd normally say about buying a new car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone - they have a huge inventory, but will also go out of their way to find "your" car if they don't have it. They also have many used cars in great condition, so even if you're not in the market for a BMW, I'd recommend checking them out - you will definitely get a great car at a fair price, without the haggle!
