We were introduced to Jeff in 2005 by Larry and Pat Papesh, our close friends, and have since bought 5 cars, two in the last month. Jeff is extraordinary in many ways, but at the top of the list is "gifted listener." Jeff hears what we're looking for, finds the right car, and puts together the perfect deal. He explains each step, the reasons for it, and makes sure we don't leave the dealership without having a full understanding of the deal. Sue and I have been married for 41 years, and we have bought many cars since 1974. We had a close relationship with our Buick dealer until he closed in 1998. But what makes this relationship special to us is that since we bought our first BMW from Jeff and BMW Cleveland, we have brought our cars for tires and service only to the dealership. We have always been welcomed and treated as valued customers by Jeff, Beverly, Nate, Steve, Bob, and Joe. One thing stands out on these two purchases, however, and that's the spirit of teamwork at the dealership. When Jeff was finishing his consultation with other customers, Donna stepped in to assist Jeff. That was impressive and classy, and reminded Sue and me why we've been so happy with Jeff and BMW Cleveland for ten years. BMW gave me the facts and didn't hound me everyday. After I got the info from BMW, I followed up with them. Chad was very versed knowing everything there was to know about the car. He didn't pressure me and made me feel special along with the rest of his associates. And just because I've already bought the car, I can still go into BMW and feel like I'm one of the family there. This last purchase was consistent with the first and second - honest up-front discussions on features and pricing, honest and genuine input from Debbie on worthwhile features for me (saving me $$ on those features not important to me) - with the process basically being that Debbie and BMW Cleveland do exactly what they say. I will be coming back to them for future purchases. Service throughout the years has been A-1 as well. For those in Cleveland, you should look into their Summer/Winter tire change service. Reasonable cost, and they store the tires! More
