Although she is incredibly busy, I never feel she is rushing me to make a decision. She respects that I am also busy. She is always prepared with alternative solutions. This is by far the best dealership, provides the best auto service and Debbie is the best sales professional I've experienced. Kudos to BMW Cleveland. I won't buy a BMW anywhere else. More

I wasn't sure if I wanted to but a BMW or another vehicle but after visiting the dealership and working with Ron and the manager Bob Abele I was so glad that I listened to my son and looked at the BMW's. I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I loved the look of the 428i XDrive. And I fell in love with it after the test drive. I felt no pressure, the deal was great, and I felt sincerity from the sales people. I have no buyers remorse. The experience was so great I think I will be a customer for life! More
