All features were reviewed carefully with me-- after my 24 test driving met with the BMW "genius" who carefully reviewed the features of the car and went over everything I needed. This was before I even committed to purchasing the car. My salesman took the time to carefully review all the features with me so I could decide which ones I wanted. He knows every aspect of the car very well. .When it came time to negotiate the price I met with the salesman and general manager at the same time. Everything was very clear and straightforward in negotiations. Because there were features they did not have on the lot I wound up ordering in the car. This was done promptly by my salesman. It took approximate 6 weeks for the car to be shipped. I actually enjoyed the process of following the car through production. After the car arrived it was immediately prepped and ready for me the next day. The card drives amazingly. I highly recommend the ventilated seats! The electronics are fantastic.
