Avery Weider I leased a 2013 BMW X1 from Avery and when the lease expired, I returned to Cleveland BMW to lease another and made an appointment to deal with Avery I leased a 2013 BMW X1 from Avery and when the lease expired, I returned to Cleveland BMW to lease another and made an appointment to deal with Avery again. I have enjoyed working with Jim Balala who is more than just a salesman. He is very pleasant to talk to and is truly concerned with placing each customer in the vehicle of their choice. He makes the entire purchase a pleasant experience. I can say this as this is my 88th vehicle (not all BMW's) over my car buying life and believe me he is the best person I have ever dealt with. Cudo's are also given to Nate (service advisor) who goes way beyond my expectations when I bring my vehicles in for service. I enjoy this dealership so much, I drive 45 miles each way when there are other BMW dealers much closer to me. Thank You all More
Somewhat painful My initial appointment was supposed to be with the Sales Manager. On arrival he took us to one of the Salesmen, Ron Wesley who was very nice, without My initial appointment was supposed to be with the Sales Manager. On arrival he took us to one of the Salesmen, Ron Wesley who was very nice, without saying that we would be working with Ron. During the process and after we decided to get the vehicle we sat with the Finance person, who was also very nice. We were, at the time of signing for the vehicle, given 5 or 6 additional warranty choices that had to be made immediately. I found this to be very uncomfortable and mentioned to the Finance person that we should have been told about these optional warranties before hand so we had time to consider them. I also did not like the fact that we requested everything be ready when we arrived and it was not. More

Certainly different the previous dealerships I went to earlier in the day. I was escorted to Avery's office where he intently searched for the car, as the color of the car I wanted was not on their lot. Avery made sure I had the car I wanted and was more then helpful! They made buying a car exciting and a good experience! More

I was at the point of considering another brand of car. I was introduced to Jeff Allen. In a very short time I knew he was more interested in finding me the car I wanted and working with a price I was comfortable with then making a sale for his benafit. We went over and over options and what was really important for the way I used a car. He not only loves and knows his produce but also cares about the customer. Congradulation to BMW Cleveland for having Jeff Allen as an associate. I am happier with this BMW then I have been with any other car.
