Brakes At a prior service visit, I was told that I would have an extensive array of services including brake replacement before my warranty was up. Took my car in and was told, I could not have the brakes replaced unless I was at 3,000 plus miles to go. According to my car's computer, my next service is scheduled for 3,000 miles (for brakes) and I will have just about gone over my warranty. I feel like I am being bamboozled so that I have to pay out of pocket. More

He quoted me a price on BMW X3 which seemed on the higher side. When i offered a price that was 2% lower than the quoted price, he replied very rudely via email and asked me to stop wasting his time. That was some serious attitude! I want to add here that i did purchase a BMW X3 through a different dealer shortly thereafter and vowed to not visit this dealership again. In my humble opinion, please avoid this dealership if you can. More
Exceeding Expections I had the pleasure of leasing a new BMW X1 from BMW Cleveland in June 2016.. As this was my first BMW, I was unsure of what to expect. Upon completi I had the pleasure of leasing a new BMW X1 from BMW Cleveland in June 2016.. As this was my first BMW, I was unsure of what to expect. Upon completing the process of acquiring a new vehicle I can attest that the experience was very pleasant compared to other vehicle dealerships I have dealt with in the past. The major force in this experience was the person who managed the sales process, Avery Wieder. He answered my every question professionally. After deciding on what vehicle, color and group of options that. I wanted, Avery found the car out of state and acquired it on my behalf. Avery called me right away and set an appointment for Saturday morning. He was understanding, knowledgeable and detailed....and made feel like I was the only one at the dealership. After taking a test drive and working on the numbers, we closed the transaction (with Tabatha - who was awesome!) within a couple of hours. The drive back to Findlay in my 2011 328i xdrive was enjoyable. For my next BMW, I'll start with BMW Cleveland. More
WORST EXPERIANCE EVER! WORST EXPERIANCE EVER. I would not recommend anyone take their business to BMW Cleveland in Solon. My first experience started after I researched for WORST EXPERIANCE EVER. I would not recommend anyone take their business to BMW Cleveland in Solon. My first experience started after I researched for hours finding the perfect BMW model that met my needs. I came to the conclusion that I was searching for a certified pre owned 2013 328i xdrive. After finding the perfect one on their website, I reached out to the dealership and confirmed that the vehicle was available. Jon L. was the salesman that was assisting me. After rushing over after work and having my finance meet me there, we were a little early for our appointment. We waited for over 30 minutes, causing our appointment start time to be late. He informed us that a couple, that came in after us, were looking at the vehicle that we wanted to purchase. After they looked at it, it was determined that they were going to buy the car. To my surprise Jon said they sell the vehicles on a first come first serve basis, even though we arrived before the other couple. It only gets WORSE from here. Jon stated that he had a similar car with less miles and added packages that was also a certified pre owned vehicle and was at the same price. That worked for us. After driving the car and spending 3 hours at the dealership, we were in the finance managers office starting the paper work to purchase the vehicle. After all the time we spent there it was determined that the car was in fact NOT a certified pre owned vehicle and there was nothing they could do to at 9:45pm that night to fix it. We left the dealership in a loaner vehicle and were told to come back Saturday to look at another vehicle. Jon emailed me the next day and I express my dissatisfaction with what happened and gave him a stock number for a different vehicle I wanted to look at. His response was that they would pull the vehicle and have it ready for us to view Saturday. It continued to get WORSE from here! We arrived Saturday and Jon tells us the car we were here to see was sold. He told us before that it would be there without checking the inventory to verify that it actually was.... Then he had 2 vehicles that were similar to what we were looking for and tried to sell those to us. We again, for some reason, went and drove the 2 vehicles and inspected them. We came to a conclusion that we did want to purchase one of the vehicles. After coming back in and going over the details, I expected to be offered some sort of price negotiation on the vehicle, that was in their inventory for 3 months, and what he offered was $300 off the price. He stated, "this is what your time spent here is worth". What a slap in the face. We counter offered and gave our last, reasonable, offer. He came back and stated that they would not come down to that and that there was nothing more he could do. 5 hours we spent at this dealership to be lied to and treated like we were nothing special. We are young, emerging professionals with great careers and Jon, with his 20 years of sales experience, did not care one bit about our business now or in the future. I cannot stress the importance of not using this dealership for any needs you may have. THEIR BUSINESS IS BASED ON LIES AND DECEPTION. More

A Dealership Worth Traveling To After finding a CPO BMW 335i at this dealership online, I used their website's "check availability" function to inquire about the car. Within an hour, I had an email from Ben with more information about the vehicle. I spoke with Mike Lamtman the next morning and he went out to the car so he could answer any questions I had about that specific vehicle in real-time. We spoke several times throughout the day, as I kept coming up with more questions about the warranty/price/process and he was extremely responsive. I flew up from Alabama and Ben ensured there was a driver waiting at the airport. Once I was there, all the staff was extremely courteous and professional. The car was pristinely detailed and had been pulled right up front awaiting my arrival. Working through the paperwork went smoothly. All the individuals I dealt with seemed very genuine. They didn't try any games or tactics, no strong-arming; It was handled just like you would any other business transaction. The team was so accommodating and helpful. They treated me like I was a repeat customer, like I had been buying cars from them for years. I wish I could recall the name of the Sales Manager whom I spoke with; he was extremely personable and made sure I didn't have any issues. After the sale, Ben and Mike both kept in touch via text to make sure my drive home was going smoothly. These gentlemen made it obvious that my happiness was their #1 priority. This is the first time I've dealt with a dealership where I felt that my satisfaction was just as important to them as the sale. It has certainly left a lasting impression with me. Even though they are 10.5 hours away, I would absolutely buy from Ben and Mike again. Although next time, I'll bring my wife so we can split the driving! More
