Reason to go to Classic I felt the rep wasn’t as knowledgeable of service. Although they returned my call but, I always had to leave a voicemail. Car left with damage done. After picking up my car to have the recalls taken care of, my dash is chipped up, the speedometer glass is all scratched, and I have lights on my dash After picking up my car to have the recalls taken care of, my dash is chipped up, the speedometer glass is all scratched, and I have lights on my dash that weren't there when I dropped the car off. I went back the next day to talk to the manager, but she was in a meeting so I emailed her. It's been two weeks and I haven't heard back from the dealership. I'll only give two stars because my service person, Max was great. That's all. More

Oil change much longer than expected and bad attitude I was quoted 1-1.5 hours for an oil change. I returned back to the dealership after 1.5 hours and was told it would be at least another hour. The serv I was quoted 1-1.5 hours for an oil change. I returned back to the dealership after 1.5 hours and was told it would be at least another hour. The service advisor had a patronizing attitude - told me that he was sorry but then talked to himself after he walked away. I don’t appreciate this situation while paying a huge lease for a luxury vehicle. More
BMW Cleveland I found a great car on Autotrader after a long 2 month search. When I contacted the dealer via email I was lucky enough to have been assigned Manny as I found a great car on Autotrader after a long 2 month search. When I contacted the dealer via email I was lucky enough to have been assigned Manny as my sales person. Manny was a great sales person. His communication was outstanding and the car was exactly what he said it was. This was a long distance transaction and Manny did all he could to answer the many questions I had. The add for the car was very accurate and the attached photos were also well done and very accurate. Put all this together and this buying experience was outstanding. The car was delivered yesterday but unfortunately I’m out of the country and I have not seen it in person. My wife says the car is really great. Thanks to all at BMW Cleveland for assisting with this purchase and I hope we can do this again. More
