Customer Service from xxxx Danielle Hope (service advisor) should not be employed as a customer service rep. She’s rude, impatient, sarcastic and did not have much knowledge of Danielle Hope (service advisor) should not be employed as a customer service rep. She’s rude, impatient, sarcastic and did not have much knowledge of the job as a representative. Her job is to be the bridge and communicate effectively & in a friendly manner what the technician completed or is recommending for the vehicle. Ms. Hope was very sarcastic and rude telling me what could not be done for my vehicle. After going back and forth with Ms. Hope I asked to speak with her manager. Ms. Hope declined 3 times stating its her job to communicate for the technician and manager. I then asked to speak with the owner of the dealership it was only then that she agreed to get her manager on the phone. Ms. Hope’s manager was not available at the time but he did phone back quickly. I had a very pleasant experience with him, he resolved the problem and communicated effectively what is recommended for my vehicle. I have no concerns with the work performed on my 2016 BMW X4. I purchased this vehicle brand new from this dealership and it has only been serviced at this location. I expect to be respected as a customer every time I’m serviced and I’m very disappointed with the service Ms. Hope provided. I hope this issue is addressed and moving forward I hope that I will never experience this type of customer service from this location. Thinking of trying the BMW dealership in Willoughby, Ohio after this experience.. More

They were very helpful, immediately responsive by phone and email to getting my information into their system, scheduling the service at a time convenient for me, providing valet and loaner car service, and keeping me updated by phone regarding the status of the service. Maintenance service. Went in for filters and fluid changes. Also multi point inspection. Third purchase -always above and beyond This was my third purchase with Jeff Allen. My lease was ending and Jeff managed to get me in to my new vehicle at a price I never thought possible. ( This was my third purchase with Jeff Allen. My lease was ending and Jeff managed to get me in to my new vehicle at a price I never thought possible. ( And a much more well equipped vehicle at that). Transactions are super smooth at his dealership and It really does not feel like a traditional car buying experience at all. Mike was also very thorough and easy to deal with on the finance end. I feel like Jeff knows his clients very well and puts a great deal of time into helping them not only find a car but find THE car that is best for them. I only use this service department also, quality of work is excellent and being able to get an appointment and loaner when needed is a must with my schedule and they always accomodate. Danielle,Max and Matt are all excllent to deal with in the service dept. I had an issue that needed addressed quickly last week and Jeanera was able to get me into service the next day and a courtesy vehicle. Danielle was extremely helpful and thorough as usual and had my vehicle ready much sooner than expected. Jeanera,Shannon and everyone in the service department are exceptional. Thank you all again!
