Bought a 10 year old Subaru with less than 90k miles this June. Supposedly inspected and serviced by BMW CPO. 5 months later I'm spending ~$500 to replace the front brakes which the Subaru technician told me June. Supposedly inspected and serviced by BMW CPO. 5 months later I'm spending ~$500 to replace the front brakes which the Subaru technician told me is because they were installed completely incorrectly. Driving around in the mountains, this could have gotten me killed. Other than that they did a good job of covering up the collision this car has been in that went unstated when the car was bought. Update 3/18/22: Currently replacing the rear brakes and calipers and flushing the brake fluid for the same issue that BMW CPO Nashville is ostensibly responsible for. So over $1200 in needless costs as well as potential danger incurred because some people can't do their job right or simply ignore common ethics. More

I was talked into a service contract that cost $3463. 00 That is for 100000 miles on a car with 30000 miles on it. I will exceed the mileage in a year and a half. Since the purchase I have found out that the finance guy lied to my face and ultimately cost me around 5,400 than what I would have paid. I've given them months to resolve the blatant lies and I can't get a lied to my face and ultimately cost me around 5,400 than what I would have paid. cpo vehicles; they list as cpo they list a used bmw as cpo but they only change the oil based on what i have seen(..ie windshield seal and bottom tray coming apart) they dont check they list a used bmw as cpo but they only change the oil based on what i have seen(..ie windshield seal and bottom tray coming apart) they dont check any other items even tho the web site for cpo says they check hundreed ? items.lol YOUR BUYING AS IS when you are given the paper work and the car is past org warranty you are asked to sign a buy as is --even tho IT IS A CPO veh. Re; service for my previous bmw in 2012. i decided to change the oil at 30k miles and what i saw in the oil filter tells me it had NEVER BEEN CHANGED.. it was 80% clogged and i have worked on cars for 40 yrs and never seen such a clogged filter.HOPEFULLY they have made better in recent yrs. They treat women like they are idiots and I would not recommend anyone go there unless you are knowledgeable of cars and the process of purchasing a car. It took weeks to get my purchase straightened out and the salesman lied about many things and did not fill up my gas tank on my purchase or the borrowed car (while mine was having things repaired) like he said they would. It was late when I bought and finished my purchase and He said he would fill it up when I returned. He never offered to fill up my tank or the borrowed car's gas tank. It was such a horrible experience it's even hard to talk about. I feel like other's should know how they treat people. I would avoid them all together. My car wasn't even fixed decently. The piece they replaced didn't even fit correctly. I was tired of dealing with them and he knew I wasn't happy when I showed him the problem. They also don't want you doing your own financing b/c they don't get additional money if you finance your own car. I was told that flat blank and that lady also lied about getting me a better interest rate than my credit union. It was all around a big mess and way too stressful to even describe all the events.
