Easy and quick I loathe dealerships in general (for obvious reasons) therefore, I typically buy/sell privately. B5 had a completely different feel to it. Much more small business and no feeling of being a number pushed through a machine. Darin was great at answering all my questions and finding me the truck I wanted. It wasn't there at their showroom but they found one and had it delivered quickly. I had them add several things to the truck which they made easy and the work appears to be done quite well. We haven't owned the truck long but so far everything has been great and it was a pleasure working with B5. We will probably be trading in another vehicle before too long - now we know who to call. More

Lee and Darin were extremely professional, genuine and made my experience easy. They both went way out of there own way to help me find the right vehicle for me and my family. They called myself and my family by name and offered their personal contact information if any questions should come up. Never once did they try and rush or pressure me. They didnt follow me around the dealership or try and talk me into something i didnt want. In fact I came to B5 motors 3 times before I even purchased a truck from them and they were always happy to help. I will definitely spread the word of how amazing this place is. One Very Excited and Happy Customer! Like many, I loathe at the idea of vehicle shopping. So, I did some research on-line and came across B5 Motors, which had a good amount of trucks in stock. I walked in last Friday afternoon to a very clean, friendly and professional environment. Being greeted by Darin we sat and discussed my needs and wants. I knew being a first time truck buyer with only a few months of self employment under my belt would be difficult. Darin made the process so easy and painless. He was very knowledgeable and understanding. When I wasn’t sold on any of the trucks in stock, we turned to the internet and found my beauty on-line. It took some convincing, on my part, to say yes. I’ve never bought a vehicle that I have not seen in person or test drive before. This was defiantly a new experience for me. Darin was patient and keep fielding all my questions, which was a lot! He did not pressure me to purchase it or try to convince me that I was going to miss out if I didn’t take this deal. He simply said, if you don’t feel comfortable with the decision then don’t do it. If it’s not what I wanted, then wait. Well, I bought it. He took my old one, Gave me a loaner for the weekend and kept me updated on when it was going to be shipped and arrive at the dealership. When I walked into that showroom yesterday to drive off in my truck, I couldn’t have been any happier. It was everything I had expected from the internet description and more!
