Defected Cadillac 09 srx returned and still listed for sale On 9/14/16 we bought a Cadillac 09 srx. Not only this, the salesman over priced the bill of sell to my bank by 300.00! When we explained our concerns the serviceman and salesman had clear explanation for each concern. Conviently, both knew a very good explanation why the car shook why it was making noises and why the dash light was on! When we wanted to return the car less than 48 hours later, we were required to pay a total of 1,000.00 before we could walk away without this death trap. 24 hours later this car is still on there inventory list for sale. Buyers BEWARE!! More

They tell you how you can make a bigger down payment by paying in two installments. They demand you write a post dated check and if dont have checks, they say no problem just go get some checks. Never mind you don't use them and don't want any. Then they post both checks at once, overdraft your account, cause all sorts of fees, leave you penniless. Then they don't even acknowledge this happened, no apologies, nobody returns your call or emails, no refunding all the fees you paid the bank. They just ask when will you pay? And pray your car does not break down a month AFTER the limited warranty expires. You're on your own with a "new"car and $700 worth of repairs. More
