No Sold me a car with faulty transmission. Claims to have I fixed it but never did. After two weeks of waiting in the car came back to me unfixed. Not only that but my check bounced when I tried to return the car.! After chasing Elan the owner for days and his claims to make this right, he never did so I just took the car back. Big liar. Do not do business with this dealership whatsoever. More
Lies, Lies, and more Lies I purchased a car from this business, they also do business under the name "Caribbean Autos" and while I am happy with the vehicle the business practi I purchased a car from this business, they also do business under the name "Caribbean Autos" and while I am happy with the vehicle the business practices of this establishment are absolutely terrible! I drove from Delaware to Queens NY to purchase the vehicle and as seems typical with car dealerships everything was magical, I had a rental and they said they would pay an extra day if I was charged (because I had to go from the B&H location to the Caribbean location just to do the paperwork...) and once all the paperwork was signed and I left the lot it became a living nightmare. I waited patiently for my plates to arrive, called the dealership a few weeks before my temp tag expired and was told everything was working as normal. 2 days before it expired I called again and was told that my plate was in Maryland. I said "what!?", reminded them that I am a Delaware resident and was told, "Oh yeah, it's in Delaware" I called every day for about a week and was finally told that they would send me another temp tag to replace the one that had been expired and left me without a legally drivable vehicle. After that didn't happen I was told that I needed to drive back to Queens and re-sign paperwork because they never submitted the paperwork!!! I almost exploded. They finally figured a way to send it in without me doing that because that wasn't happening. About 2 weeks after my tag had expired I received another temp tag. With all wrong information, a different dealership in Jersey's name... I continued to call them every day for another month. Literally every day, and was lied to every day about when to expect my tag. When the second tag was about to expire they finally called me and told me I needed to get the car inspected in Delaware! Which I did the same day...The second tag expired and they had to provide another temp tag. Now today, two days before my THIRD temp tag will expire, I finally received my plate in the mail. I don't know how they stay in business with these practices. More
