Check engine light pops on 5 minutes after purchase. I wish I had read these reviews before going here. Its obvious these guys reset the check engine light in order to make the sale. Worst dealership in town This is by far the biggest scam of a car lot I've ever dealt with. Then broke down a third time, this time was a blown head gasket which we did not have the time or the money to repair it. The cars they sell on their lot are total garbage and the owner, Bert is a complete jerk. He does not have any pride in his business and does not care if he is selling junk or if you are happy with their product or service. Big thumbs down, don't ever buy from this lot! Well let me say we are almost three months late on a payment and they havent even thought about contacting us!! They know better. The transmission went out a month after we put $4000.00 down. We literally paid $500 to the low lifes and left the lot... my husband dropped me off at work, then the tranny went out. We begged for their help.... we were brand new to Washington, new jobs, a daughter, and now no car unless we fork out well over another grand plus our $500/month... in which was IN HOUSE PMT, not a bank... so they directly got our money.. ive gotten down and depressed, cried, cussed, etc.... It doesnt change a thing. i just want to let any future potential buyers.. do not waste your time... i just cant believe they havent called us... shows how professional they are NOT.. well, they day they figure to come looking for it.. someone let them know its been towed to wherever they take abandoned cars left at the side of the road. I went to BandC Northwest Automotive because they had a used Mustang that I was interested in getting my husband as a surpise. At first BJ, was very friendly and somewhat informative on the quality of the used Mustang that I was interested in getting my husband as a surpise. I had read the reviews on the company before going into look at the vehicle and knew that if I was interested in it, I would take it to a mechanic to have it looked at. At first BJ was very understanding, but kind of dodged the question of me taking it in. I test drove the car and it seemed to drive fine, but was denied the opportunity to take the car on the highway to drive at a higher speed (said he was the only one in the office, but upon return from test drive there were 2 other poeple inside the building). When I called the next morning to check on the status of the vehicle, I was passed on to BJ's father. Who informed me that he refused to release the vehicle to have my mechanic to look at the condition and said I could have the mechanic come to the car. I explained my hesitation on buying the vehcile because of the reviews they have gotten online and he quote said "honey, it is a used vehicle. What do you expect?"!! I was treated very disrepectfully and feel that the whole time was being worked over, because I am a girl I must be easily convinced and screwed over. I will never go back to this place and hope that whoever else is interested in buying a vehicle from here thing twice. Not worth the time, money or effort that it will cost you in the long run. Go somewhere else where you will be respected. More

Saturday (June 16th, 2012) we purchased a vehicle, that is suppose to be our son's first vehicle, with the idea that it would just need a tune up. We had taken it for a brief test drive but could not go fa is suppose to be our son's first vehicle, with the idea that it would just need a tune up. We had taken it for a brief test drive but could not go far as the tank was low on gas and they had no gas card for it (should've been our first red flag). After much deliberation we went ahead with the deal. Within 1/2 hour we filled the gas tank and took it out on the freeway. The check engine light began flashing and there was a horrible squealing noise. We took it back immediately. Charlie said he'd talk to his dad and maybe they could have their mechanic look it over on Monday. Monday we returned, the dad said they drove it up the freeway and didn't have any troubles with it. So we took it again and within 2 blocks the check engine light was flashing and the squeal returned. Returning once again we were basically told "You bought it 'As Is' so you should go get it fixed." If this is the kind of consideration they have for their product they aren't in business to build a good reputation but only to make a buck! DON'T consider ANY of their vehicles--you won't know what you're getting until it's too late and they won't try to make it better. More

B and C was contacted and they told him there was nothing that could be done it was sold "as-is" so it was his problem. We were just gonna bite the bullet and pay what we owed until we were going through our paper work and noticed all of it had the vin and make of the car he wanted and not the one he was talked into buying. I called to talk to them about it and they knew about the problem and said it had been fixed. When asked about our paper work and the numbers on it he let me know the paper work didnt mean anything it was no problem. They called my husband the next day and told him he needed to sign new paper work, my husband let them know that he did not want the car they have not been honest with anything and they are not respectful. B and C then threatend him saying he is driving the car illegaly and will be picked up. We have not drove the car since we found the mistakes on the paperwork. They are unwilling to work with us so settle the problem. Thay are very dishonest uncaring people. They sold us a car that with severe mechanical problems knowing it was for a lower income family. I would stear clear of both of the b&c auto sales locations. They are nothing but scam artist and will do anything for money. I bought a car from them on aug. 28th, 2010 and on sept. 8, 2010 they had locations. They are nothing but scam artist and will do anything for money. There reasoning was I hadn't shown the proof of insurance but I told them before they towed it that I was going to give them the proof of insurance on sept. 9th when I paid the rest of my down payment. I called them on the 9th to tell them I was on my way to bring them the money and proof of insurance. They gave me the run around for a few hrs before I finally talked to the owner Bert Clausen and he said I could come get it. I went up there with my mom and when we got there they refused to give me back the car. They also won't give me the money back or the car I traded. So now I'm without a car and out money. I'm a single mom of 2 and now have no way to get to work, get my kids to school and doctors appts, or just going grocery shopping. When I was leaving the lot in tears they were laughing and smiling they knew what they were doing and didn't car. They were glad and happy they screwed me over. But i'll have my day in court then we'll see who's smiling then. They had no reason to take my car back I hadn't breeched the contract in anyway and they were just fishing for a reason to keep it. They kept coming up with a new excuse after we had our bases covered on the first one. They are bad people. They'll act all nice as they are selling you the car then scew you over once they got there money. More
