keep looking, don't stop here!!! Yes the people are nice. Yes the building is nice. The cars and prices are ridiculous!!! I got an 2008 dodge caravan. Doesn't have any great features. Doesn't have any great features. it has the U-connection buttons but no U-connection. No tv, no rear view mirrors... but I am paying $22,000!!! I should have a bmw for that price!!! One week after having the van, the change oil light came on, second week the breaks start a grinding noise, & you could feel like the rod under your feet. The ac did not work. Then the trunk keeps opening up on it's own so when I come out the store im all embarrassed that my trunk is open. Or when I wake up and my neighbor says he shut my trunk... anyways, I took the van into service today. They said they put new back breaks and rotor, tie rod, put fluid and die in the ac. Hit the "reset" for the oil light and did not find anything wrong with the sensors for the trunk... on my way home today... the breaks did the exact same grinding noise as before and when I got home I looked outside to my trunk open. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. I understand used cars but if im payi g like its new it should be xxxx near new!!! It shouldn't have so many problems and for them to not even fix the problem is ridiculous. I wish i waited before jumping in on this van worst MISTAKE EVERRR!!! More

Service dept is great I took my car in for a small problem and it was covered by the warranty plus they changed the oil for free! Happy with my purchase I had just had a few bad experiences with a different dealership came to B&B and they worked it all out for me. The whole process was no where as long as it usually is when going to a dealership. They were my life savers. Kudos and the staff was so friendly and the show room is really nice. I even spoke to 3 other customers who had already purchased cars from B&B and they gave nothing but good reports even 2 of which had paid off their cars and was buying another. The warranty is a nice added plus. More
