Paid around 17k for the vehicle and monthly repairs. Paid it off it broke down and I was told it was 10k to fix. They were rude and told me it was my problem since I paid it off. Awful experience. They took out my drive shifter supposedly rebuilt the engine and transmission. Everything was messed up. I was in tears. Carmen was the best. She catches xxxx because of their foolishness. Sell junk and wont respond Bought a mini van there a month ago. Had check engine light come on the next day. Took it back up there and Todd tested it and told me it was a loose Bought a mini van there a month ago. Had check engine light come on the next day. Took it back up there and Todd tested it and told me it was a loose gas cap and cleared the code. The next day code came back and took it to advanced auto and was told it was a blocked catalytic converter and now van is stuck in limp mode. So cant even drive. Called to talk to Todd only to be told he wasn't available. So left info for him to contact me. With no reply. I have bought a total of 3 vehicles there but never again. Highly recommend finding another dealership for better loyalty More
