I felt no pressure, he was very informative and my overall impression of the business itself would be that it is very positively customer oriented, and I felt very comfortable. I did have a small issue with my vehicle about 3 weeks later. When I called the dealership to get it fixed I was even more impressed with how fair they were. The car was towed at no charge and it was repaired in less than a day, the salesman brought it to me at work where I discovered that 50% of my bill was compd.
