Great service and wonderful staff! I had been looking for a new truck for at least 6 months. Several other dealerships did not have much information on the diesel or the new emissions. I had been looking for a new truck for at least 6 months. Several other dealerships did not have much information on the diesel or the new emissions. The staff at Sorg did a great job answering all my questions and double checking their answers on the dealer web site to ensure the information they shared was accurate. Todd was extremely helpful. He made it a point to show me all the new upgrades and made sure I knew how everything in the truck worked! We will be back! More

I scheduled this repair and made arrangements to have the work done while I was at work. I received a phone call telling me that a part could not be removed (in order to complete the job)without damaging it. I was then told that a new unit would have to be ordered instead of repairing the existing one. They also told me the cost would double. They put my Jeep back together and ordered the part. After adjusting our budget, I rescheduled the repair job. Once again, I left my Jeep with them. This time, I had to call them. "Where's my Jeep?, etc" Well, they said, it's on the rack, we can't finish because they LOST the part that had been ordered 2 weeks earlier. And no, I didn't want a loaner Jeep. My Jeep is set up for kayaking and I need the gear, and carrying racks at least every 2 days. So no, a stripped down loaner won't get me and my boats to the water. At this point, I'm so frustrated that I'm ready to drive my Jeep until it breaks and have it towed to someplace that really does have the part and won't lose it. More

I purchased a 2007 Toyota Rav4 about 6 weeks ago, and if I wouldn't have fallen so much in love with the vehicle, I would've definitely purchased from a different dealership. When we test drove the vehicle, I wouldn't have fallen so much in love with the vehicle, I would've definitely purchased from a different dealership. When we test drove the vehicle, we noticed one of the headlights was fogged up, and there was a thumping noise coming from what appeared to be the rear suspension. Rick, the sales representative said they would get both of those things fixed or replaced before we purchased the vehicle. What ended up happening is they wiped the headlight clean and they "tightened" something that was supposedly loose in the suspension. I literally hadn't driven for more than 2 minutes when the noise came back, unfortunately, the dealership service center had closed by then. Well by the next day, the headlight had condensation in it again. I called them back immediately and was told to bring the car back in as it was covered under 3 month warranty. I could not get the vehicle in as soon as i would have like because of other circumstances, but 2 weeks ago, I finally dropped it back off for other unrelated issues. After those issues were resolved, I informed them about the headlights and the suspension issues and asked them to look over them again, to which they agreed. My husband, however, got a call from them today stating they didn't hear any strange noises, and that the headlight was fogged up because of the steep drop in temperature. Keep in mind, the headlight was fogging up even before the temperature dropped so low. My vehicle has now been in the shop for over a week and a half, and they are trying to tell my husband there is nothing wrong with it. The warranty will be up in 6 weeks, my vehicle has already been in the shop for 2 out of the 6 weeks I've owned it, and I feel like they are trying to give me the run-around for as long as possible or tell me the issues have been taken care of by tightening a few bolts and drying the headlight manually in the hopes that in the meantime the warranty will run out and they will no longer have to deal with the issues. I am getting rather frustrated with them and feel like they shouldn't make promises they can't keep. More
