The Sorg Experience Sorg was the 1st. dealership we visited. After checking in at several other dealer we went back to Sorg where we began. We were treated well and feel we received a good deal. Upon delivery a chipped area was noticed. Without hesitation Kyle Newman retrieved a touchup pen and provided a repair. Kyle gave us the touchup paint as a courtesy. Despite finding trim that was separated under the lower front valance we remain happy. Kyle got us set up next Wednesday to return the van to have the trim reinstalled. Fortunately the dealership is close. Everyone we dealt with at this Sorg dealership was very nice. We realized quickly we were in the right place. Kyle Newman our salesman represented Sorg very well so we feel fortunate for getting his help with the purchase We really appreciated his honesty.
