Super friendly and pleasant car buying experience. I bought a car from Todd Rogers at Sorg Dodge and he was great. He was very professional and lay back. I have been looking at this car for about a wee I bought a car from Todd Rogers at Sorg Dodge and he was great. He was very professional and lay back. I have been looking at this car for about a week before I went to go see it and I'm sure I was frustrating but he still was very nice. As soon as I got there he let me take it for a test drive. I am a young lady only in my twenties and I brought too girlfriends at the same age. Still treated as no different and with respect and didn't try to take advance of us whatsoever. When I decided to buy the car it only took about 40 mins or so for everything to be done. Other car dealership you better expect 3 hours or more ( I use to work in the car industry myself). I would definitely recommend this car dealership and Todd to my family and friends. Great experience. I always hated all car dealership from my experience, but I don't dislike this Sorg one bit. A Great Day with Todd and Kevin at Sorg We were greeted so welcoming by Todd. Asked if he could assist us with a smile. Was straight up about new and used vehicles condition and pricing. Sense of humor although its a serious business matter made us comfortable. He felt trustworthy from day one. Went back on the weekend he had the vehicle ready to go for us to test drive. No hassle of how long would we be nor did he demand to ride with us as others have from other places. He told my husband to make sure that his phones bluetooth could connect to the car before we left. When we returned Todd asked if we needed a beverage or anything. At his desk he quoted us a possible payment unbeknown to him that was in our prayed for price range. The car was used yet in awesome condition with low mileage. Kevin was the magic man with the numbers Business Man... He told us of the attempts he may have to make to get us financed. To our surprise it was less than 10 minutes. We spoke of family and careers. His personality and professionalism was well recieved. He even gave us sound advice on a sure to win plan with purchasing our car. I was very skeptical of this having never bought a brand new car but he said they could run the numbers on both vehicles so I could compare the prices. With the rebates Jeep had I was able to get a brand new car instead of used for just a little bit more. I was very excited. Kevin in finance was great as well and made it a very quick process and explained readily anything that needed explained. They made the experience very enjoyable and were all so very friendly, helpful, and supportive. I never felt any high pressure sales tactics from anyone! It was an amazing experience from beginning to end. Everyone was so friendly, just made me feel welcome, were willing to answer any questions and I think everyone congratulated me as on my purchase as I was leaving. Which made it even more fun! He waited past closing time for us to get paperwork from home and return, and he came in on his day off to finalize the purchase. I was a little disappointed that the trade in value of both my fiance's car and mine was such a low amount, especially after the money and work I've put into one of them, but while that was an issue, I had to say, our experience with Todd and Sorg was pleasant, and I would absolutely go back again and recommend them to family/friends.
