Excellent Experience!! I had my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 for 13 years and thought it was time to upgrade. Went to visit a few dealerships locally and in Indianapolis. The only I had my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 for 13 years and thought it was time to upgrade. Went to visit a few dealerships locally and in Indianapolis. The only salesman that took the time to show me my options and actually ask what my criteria were was Todd Roberts. While he did not have the exact truck I was looking for, he took the time to keep an I out and when the right one came in, he called me immediately. Went to test drive it and it was all he said it was. The entire process was very thorough and I never felt pressured. Will definitely work with Todd in the future. More

(A much-belated thank you to Rick Rider. That 2000 Neon was a great car, and he made it easy to buy.) This time around, I worked with Todd Roberts. I hate car shopping and was very nervous, but Todd put me at ease. He answered all of my questions, let me test drive as often as I needed to, and didn't pressure me at all. He and Patrick worked out a fair and affordable price for the model I wanted, and then found me the color I wanted. Todd sent me photos of it when it arrived. Kevin handled the paperwork quickly and easily. I now have my first-ever brand new car, and I love it. I recommend Sorg Dodge very highly. I have a number of friends who have also bought from Sorg Dodge, and none of us have anything but positive things to say about them. More

I walked in to the dealership on a exploratory mission to buy a Jeep Wrangler within a given price range. There were questions asked so that their approach could be tailored to my need and wants. The staff provided advice on 2D vs. 4D, new vs. used, and explored all my options with me in a very patient manor. Kyle rearranged schedules do allow for our convenient visits to the dealership with my family, Kevin in finance expedited the financing and allowed that process to be simple and streamlined, and then the service manager did a walk through with me since this was my first Jeep Wrangler that we have owned. All around a great experience, and would highly recommend this dealership and to ask for Kyle Newman! More

A really great, fast, stress free experience I always lease my cars and right before my lease is up I start stressing over having to go through the process, It takes a lot of research, patience a I always lease my cars and right before my lease is up I start stressing over having to go through the process, It takes a lot of research, patience and often I feel dealerships don't help but hinder the process by trying to manipulate the buyer. Not at Sorg. My salesperson was Rick Otis and I thought he was terrific. Upfront, easy going and sensitive to my time constraints. I can't tell you how many times I have had to cool my heels waiting for a salesperson to "check with the manager" on something. Often I feel this is all a part of the manipulation. The GM actually came out of his office to talk to me for just a minute or two. I think I maybe spent 20 minutes inside their building before driving off with my new vehicle. Rick answered all my questions beforehand online and sent photos to help me decide. As I drove off the lot I thought when this lease is up I'm definitely going back to Sorg! More
