While the experience once we actually got there was good, my experience leading to the appt was horrendous. I was told on 5/25/24 a part was ordered & I would be called. By Fri, Sept 6th, I decided to call. my experience leading to the appt was horrendous. I was told on 5/25/24 a part was ordered & I would be called. By Fri, Sept 6th, I decided to call. The person answering asked be to give him "5 or 10 minutes" to check & call me back. On Tues, I tired of waiting & called again. Service said I would need to talk to parts & transferred me. Parts found a record of the work done, but no record of any part ordered. Called Service again, left detailed voice mail. Outgoing message said call would be returned by end of day. NOPE. So called the following day, by now very annoyed, and demanded to speak to Service Manager. Eventually, Ken located the part & scheduled my appt. I doubt I will return to Axis because of this run around. Also, the restroom is not ADA accessible. Not even railings for the stairs! More
