Been having my cars serviced at this shop since they closed my local Buick Dealer in 1999. ( two Buicks and one Chevy) Ken Barker, the service & parts department and the mechanics have always been to closed my local Buick Dealer in 1999. ( two Buicks and one Chevy) Ken Barker, the service & parts department and the mechanics have always been top of the line. Only once where they preforming less than optimal and that was because somebody at Axis allowed the number of mechaics on the floor to drop severly below the actaul number needed to keep up with their daily work load. I am also a retired Fleet Operations Manager who had a large heavy duty fleet maintenenace facilty with 42 mechanics. So I believe I am qualified to make that observation of several hours of sadly watching them hopelessly trying to keep up. I am very happy to see that appears to be resolved at the new facility. I also feel it looks like it will be even better when the new Maintenance Shop is built. I wish Axis much Good luck going forward More

Took a long time to get the car serviced and the tire balancing is way overpriced ($350 for four tires). Also, it is in an area where there is nothing around so you are pretty much bound to their waiting balancing is way overpriced ($350 for four tires). Everyone is mad angry or rude your not greeted pleasantly your ignored even if your the only one at the desk. You’re not acknowledged until they feel like it. You can’t get anyone on the phone at the service your ignored even if your the only one at the desk. You’re not acknowledged until they feel like it. You can’t get anyone on the phone at the service department everything goes straight to voicemail and then no one returns your call. My car was there for two because no one in service would pickup or call back. Nice new building but customer service is horrible. I’m never going back there More
My first experience at the location was not good. Made me wait two day for a wheel alignment left my car over night. Next day not even a courtesy coupon or discount for the inconvenience. Even picking up the car it's inconvenience they have to go up the block to get the car and you have to cross the street to get in your car. More
