Reg the Service Dept Team: the rapport between the customer & the rep/dept needs improvement. There is a lack of sensitivity to the concerns of the customer. Plus, the wait time for the customer is ab customer & the rep/dept needs improvement. There is a lack of sensitivity to the concerns of the customer. Plus, the wait time for the customer is absurd & seems uncaring. I arrived at the site 9:05 for a 9 am appt....& didnt leave until 4pm. There was NO alternative offered but to wait. That was a long time to wait!! I have always frequented this Chevy dealership for all my repairs since I have had the Malibu & have been relatively satisfied. But, for the past yr, I have had issues after the car had been serviced there. I hope to see service here that warrants Chevy earning 5 stars. It will have to work at it! More

I had a complete brake job that included FOUR new rotors. I thought that was bit of overkill. I asked Joseph about resurfacing the rotors, He explained that was not advisable. Don't go to this place Don't go to this place You will lose money here. You are better off going to a local Mechanic that does great work and chargers high like the dealer but you won't get screwed o will lose money here. You are better off going to a local Mechanic that does great work and chargers high like the dealer but you won't get screwed over by a local shop trying to keep his or her business runing just my opinion because off the worst experience I had here I will never go back I would rather pay high price somewhere else. Now after dealing with this deal I want to trade in my chevy for a Ford instead cause all my friends got ford an don't deal with issues like this.
