The wait was extremely long. After I left the facility, I noticed that my issue for coming in had not been resolved and had to take the car back in. This is my second time bringing my 2021 trailblazer in for the same trunk issue. It appears to be a manufacturing default & the mechanics on site haven’t been able to fix it. Brought my corvette in my first service, they not only took my car for a joy ride and added 5 miles to it but they chipped the paint on my door. The service manger is nasty and although Joseph, whom I bel took my car for a joy ride and added 5 miles to it but they chipped the paint on my door. The service manger is nasty and although Joseph, whom I believe might be another manager was courteous and said would take care of it, he has done nothing to solve it. When you take a car in for service they note the miles in and out, which should be the same, my car had an extra five miles. When I asked about it, I was told that the car is taken out to make sure everything is running ok, this is a lie and not a standard policy. Beware of this dealer. I will be contacting corporate. More
