It was easy to get an appointment and the service was fast. I appreciate when a facility values my time. My only complaint is I wished that they had washed my car like some service places do. No matter how many times I bring my vehicle to this location, I have to wait over 3 weeks for something as simple as a quote. This is the worst possible experience when it comes to service centers. Appointments don’t mean anything. Yesterday my wife had a 9:40am appointment and the car was checked in by the intake person at arou service centers. Appointments don’t mean anything. Yesterday my wife had a 9:40am appointment and the car was checked in by the intake person at around 9:50am. She ended up leaving 3 hours later without the car being seen… There is no one to hold accountable, the manager could do nothing and basically was ok with wasting 3 hours of her day for no reason. When she spoke to the manager she was told that the issue we were there for usually required the car to be dropped off so it could be driven and tested, BUT that was never communicated when the appointment was made over the phone, or at the time she checked in. Extremely unprofessional. More
