I can't tell if they're understaffed, or if they're just uncommunicative by nature, but I had to call over and over again just to get any information about my car. It took them two weeks to even look at it, uncommunicative by nature, but I had to call over and over again just to get any information about my car. It took them two weeks to even look at it, and then another week to order the parts to fix it. I would have learned none of this if I have been calling nearly daily. Multiple calls ended with promises of a call back within the day or next day, none of which I ever received. Even once. The only two calls I received were telling me how much it would cost and then three weeks later: that it was done. The work appears to have been adequate at least but it took almost a month and a half to even get it and I was in the dark the entire time. More
