Everyone is professional and the service is great ! It would be a burden to give out loaner cars frequently but I guess we have to wait or rent when dropping off. It would be a burden to give out loaner cars frequently but I guess we have to wait or rent when dropping off. More

Our truck was brought in for service. After driving it, the vehicle still had a vibration in the steering wheel after you reached a certain speed and it also had a warning to service the After driving it, the vehicle still had a vibration in the steering wheel after you reached a certain speed and it also had a warning to service the trailer brake system. Upon dropping the truck back off to them, I was told that they found the error in the brake system by pulling the code from the computer. After 4 days go by, I call in for an update but unable to get the advisor on the phone. After a week and a half of calling, each time I called in I was told that the service advisor and manager are in a meeting. Exactly 2 weeks to the day, I finally make contact with the service advisor. He tells me, we drove the truck this past Saturday and the tech was not able to find anything wrong with the truck. He proceeded to say that they drove the truck for over a mile and at speeds over 70 and couldn't find an issue. When I asked about the trailer brake system, he now says that they couldn't service it because the code wasn't there. The main issue with all of this is that we are a trucking company and our vehicles are equipped with cameras, GPS units, and other equipment. Our truck wasn't driven 1 time and that was yesterday when I finally spoke with the service advisor and he admitted that he was the one that drove the truck after I spoke with him. The highest speed the truck was driven was 46mph. He wouldn't have been able to diagnose the issue at that speed because it was explained that the vibration happens after 55mph. So yes, you will be lied to and after you call them out on their lie, they don't even have the decency to apologize for their actions or lack thereof More

Tried reaching this dealer to discuss my matter and no one called me back for four days until the manager left me a message and I tried calling back and he was busy, now it’s going into the eight day tomo one called me back for four days until the manager left me a message and I tried calling back and he was busy, now it’s going into the eight day tomorrow. So, this issue is regarding the fact that my dad signed a loan for me and the deal that we agreed on with the salesman after I drove the vehicle and while we were outside seen the original price on the car then I showed the salesman the price that was quoted on their website was told I will get the car for that price. The price of the vehicle and the payments each month are not what we agreed. I was asked if I wanted gap insurance and another sales man that was doing the paperwork with my dad told me it was included and was telling me a way to get home to probably throw us off. I was busy looking up directions at the time since we drove over an hour, I was trusting everything was what was discussed with my original salesman. So long story short I didn’t see this paper work until I got home that same night and now they won’t answer again or call me back. More
