Based on your comments, it appears we did not meet your expectations. While we haven’t found away to cater to everyone’s buying needs, we believe that a 1-price/1-person relationship is truly what the customer is looking for and our initial and on-going surveys of customers confirmed that, as well. We recognize that other dealers will adjust the prices and sometimes even beat our 1-price, however, please remember there are multiple variables in the purchase and while customers may be successful in one portion, they may be getting taken advantage of in others, ie, trade, incentives, finance rates, warranties, doc fee, taxes, etc. This is where we make up the ground and typically end up with an overall equal or better transaction, without the lengthy car buying experience or the back and forth process.
