Above and beyond experience I was searching for a particular BMW X5. After finding Avon auto brokers, I realized I was in the right place. The selection was amazing, they had such a large variety of BMW's, Mercedes, Cadillacs and more, from cars to suv's, it was like being a kid in a candy store. The sales and financing staff was great. My personal sales man Jack Rapaport is the reason I titled my review "above and beyond" that's what he did. He made my buying experience what it should be, fun, gratifying, all around enjoyable with a great personality , a real pleasure to deal with. No pressure, they look to find the the perfect car for your needs ,( and there is so many to choose from) you truly feel like they work for you. I had a trade in that Jason (sales manager) made me a more than reasonable offer . Jeff in financing made the numbers work well within my budget and offered me a great extended warranty. Both true gentlemen . They serviced and cleaned the vehicle before delivery.. Not only would I recommend this dealership, I would encourage people just to go and check out their selection. Were you are family! On a Sunday my son and I were out looking at SUV's. I stop by Avon Autobrokers on my way back home,to look at a X6.I walk in and everyone says goodmor On a Sunday my son and I were out looking at SUV's. I stop by Avon Autobrokers on my way back home,to look at a X6.I walk in and everyone says goodmorning .A salesman (Jack) ask if he could help me with anything .I told him what I was interested in, he gave me the key right away. I go out by myself to look at the car,about 5 or so minutes later Jack comes out to see if I want to take the car on a test drive. I declined but choose to drive a Porches Suv. I come back from the test drive, within a half hour and a small down payment all the paperwork is done and I have a new car. Jason and the guys that do the paperwork were very quick, which was very delightful not have the process take half the day.I even ran into the owner who I meet year's ago and he still remembered me,the same happen when I ran into one of the mechanics. So if you want to be treated and feel like family Avon Autobrokers is the place to go.They definitely have a vehicle for everyone no matter what you are looking for. More

My Dad had shown me a Cadillac CTS in great condition I had decided to do businesses with Avon Auto Brokers to purchase my first car over a month ago. My Dad had shown me a Cadillac CTS in great condition, with low mileage (approx. 71,000 miles), and at a great price. I put in my name for an Internet Price quote for this vehicle, and was contacted by Thomas, and then contacted by Jack (who ended up being my salesperson for this transaction). From Jack and everyone at Avon Auto Brokers, I had dealt with nothing but professionalism, compassion, and pride during my experience. My Dad had bought a car for my Mom there before, and got the same great service from this dealership. I would recommend anyone to do business with this dealership to purchase their first car (or next car) as they won't hassle you, and finally, you will expect a great product to compliment the great service during your experience. Happy Customer My Vehicle was totaled and I was in great need of a new car within the allotted 30 days my insurance company gave me. I first went to another dealership but they really didn't pay me any mind. So I then went to Avon Auto Brokers in Avon ma, were I found a few cars on one of their many lots I was attracted to. The Sales person which I cannot remember his name,(First person you see with a smile as soon as you walk in), helped me with all the questions and concerns I had. Within a couple days I was able to narrow it done to one vehicle, in which everything else this dealership made easy for me with all the stress from my car being totaled.
