I'm still feeling the sting of this car but feel better knowing that this dealer is stepping up to make the situation better. Right out of the gate I had a bad experience. The day I was picking up the BMW X5 nothing was done that I was told would be done. Tailgate was broken, touch up a couple of paint chips and replace a side view mirror. NONE of this was done which I learned when I arrived to pick the car up. I brought the car to BMW for the work, I was there for 6 hours and the car was still not fixed. They put a sticker on it without telling me about the open airbag recall on the car which by the way Avon Auto never disclosed. In total I owned the car for 3 months, it spend over 10 collective days at BMW attempting to fix. Engine was leaking oil and surging. I was told that I would have to deal with owner Dana on this because I quote "it was above the sales managers pay grade". Dana never called! 3 times I was told he would, never did. I was told they would get me an SUV from auction and they would take the car back, I thought this was the path of least resistance even though I really did not want another car from them after this horrific experience. I believe this was just a line, they never brought in a car, nor did they ever call me again. I called and left voice messages that went unanswered. I ended up trading the car in and lost thousands!!! I listened to the sales persons on the phone while I sat waiting in the office to speak with the sales manager - they tell you they go through all the cars prior to putting them on the lot -total BS!! When I pushed them about all the problems with the car I bought, the many trips back and forth to Norwood, problem after problem they told me they don't go through them at all until they have a deal pending or are sold. This is a shady dealership with a shady owner that doesn't take responsibility for the lemons he is selling. Don't risk dealing with them, its not worth it! More

They made the process easy and there were no gimmicks or back-tracking that I experienced at other places. If your in the market for a used car, I would highly recommend them. UPDATE: I am dropping down my review. My initial experience was good. However the trouble started after the service engine light came on. Normally I have the cars I buy inspected before purchases, however in need of something and limited time, I took the salemans word that the car "needed nothing". This was a bad choice. I have brought the car back three times only to get the run around and the same treatment from everyone I spoke to, the first time was a miscommunication between the shop manager and the owner, and had to reschedule. The second time the problem wasn't even addressed as far as the code that was showing, they just cleared it. I had to drive two hours back and fourth for them to just clear the code and not address any of the issues. I took the car to a local BMW mechanic and found that there's roughly $1,500 of repairs needed. I told this to the owner and they said they would fix everything, so we scheduled for a Monday for me to bring the car down. Multiple text's and a few days later of finally getting mad about the delay, I brought it down for a Thursday. Left it there for the day, and the only thing that was truly addressed were the rear shocks. Both times serviced as well they "test drove" the car for an extended amount of time, and did not even replace the gas that they used. I would not recommend purchasing a car from them, as they do not service them when they say they will. If you bring your car to them for service, have someone else check there work to make sure that they actually did something. More

They all worked hard to get me an awesome rate and into the car I wanted. My next car will be coming from Avon Auto Brokers when it's that time. I went to another dealership before coming here and it was the worst....no communication at all. Went to AAB on a rainy Sunday afternoon and Jack was happy to help me, and the very next day I got calls from both Jack and Jason, keeping me up to speed with everything that was going on, which I was very pleased with. When it was time to sign the paperwork, Jeff walked me through everything, went down the list of everything that awesome warranty covers and made sure I knew what I was signing.
