NO PRESSURE - it was great! Jack was just the sales person we needed. We wanted to test drive a car and make our decision after we drove another one somewhere else. My husband Jack was just the sales person we needed. We wanted to test drive a car and make our decision after we drove another one somewhere else. My husband and I appreciated that they let us drive the car without the extreme pressure of taking our keys and trying to force a sale. We returned two days later to buy the car. Jack was knowledgeable about the car and easy to deal with. THEN I couldn't find the title to my trade-in and they still let me have the new car even though I had to do some paperwork.
