We just moved here from out of town and buying a car across state lines can be painful. However, their knowledge and hospitality throughout the process helped get the job done quickly and saved me a lot of extra trips. While anyone can give you a great price, I trusted the staff because they answered all my questions and put our interests first. Alex was very patient and went the extra mile to make sure any concerns were addressed...he even put some extra fuel in the tank before we drove away. Had a very pleasant experience dealing with Ron, Jeff, and Dana, Ron was very easy to deal with when it came to answering all of my questions (I ask Had a very pleasant experience dealing with Ron, Jeff, and Dana, Ron was very easy to deal with when it came to answering all of my questions (I ask a lot of them..) He was very knowledgeable about the car I was purchasing for my son (2014 BMW X1.) He was also very prompt getting back to me via text. Jeff went above and beyond to get me my new plates from New York state DMV (can't transfer out of state plates in Massachusetts.) Dana was very generous fixing an issue we had with the car (remote starter had an issue.) He quickly paid for the bill, without issue, when i brought it to my local BMW dealership. My son is really happy with his car and I am really happy with Avon. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a upscale car at a good price. More
