When we walked in Peter helped us right away, he asked if we had any cars in mind, after going over the few cars we had in mind, he immediately got Jeff involved to get us approved for a loan. Peter didn’t r we had any cars in mind, after going over the few cars we had in mind, he immediately got Jeff involved to get us approved for a loan. Peter didn’t rush us into a car and listened to all of our concerns/needs with our purchase. We were first time buyers on the hunt and he was thorough and made sure we knew everything about the cars we were looking at to ensure our comfort. Jeff was so helpful with our entire experience at Avon Auto, being first time car buyers, he still managed to get us an amazing rate and answered all of our questions (there were A LOT!) so happy we had Jeff help us! Overall, Peter and Jeff are the team to meet at Avon Auto! Peter has been in touch twice since our purchase this week to make sure we are satisfied and not having any problems! More

Terrible Finance People, Forms Filled Out Incorrectly First half of the experience went well. Had a terrific salesman...very friendly, not pushy, had a good test drive. Second half of the experience was absolutely awful. The finance side was the worst and I will never ever ever return here again. The man helping us was extremely rude and rushed us thru everything. He filled out all of our forms wrong: the RMV registration/title request form had the wrong make/model of car, wrong address, wrong date of birth (month, day, and year), AND the purchase contract was incorrect. He didn't discuss or review any of the taxes or fees with us and he rushed us thru the signing, so we had no real opportunity to verify the information. When I tried to point out that the purchase contract was incorrect, he brushed us off and refused to correct it. The bank that approved our loan then didn't accept the purchase contract and we couldn't complete the sale. When I tried to call them and talk to a manager or supervisor, the person on the phone was ALSO extremely rude and short and said there was no one for me to talk to. I would never even consider buying a car from here and I would never recommend anyone to buy from here. More

They do exist!!! I mean an honest dealer that does actually care about you during and after the sale. The owner and the staff went out of their way to make me happy actually owner called me personally actually care about you during and after the sale. At this time I cannot be any happier have dealt with some very bad dealers in the past this was refreshing to say the least.It is apparent to me That the owner goes out of his way to find good quality low mileage high-end cars and if that is what you are looking for you will find it here. I have two sons getting ready to buy their first cars and I will be proud to bring them here. More
