When I went in to purchase the car It was a great experience. I picked up the car this past Wednesday and I was given a dirt car. I have so much going on that I haven't bothered to go back. I've purchased several cars in my life and never have I been given a car that wasn't detailed or at least cleaned. I found some trash on the side of the door, the tires are dirty, the carpets were dirty. The knobs in the middle are sticky like someone spilled coffee/soda on it. The error light even came on for the tires the night I picked it up. This negated the great experience I had when I first went in. I'll chalk it up as an oversight. More
