They are Unprofessional, Unethical, and incompetent. I am out of state, 2000 miles away and tried to purchase a vehicle from them. My loan application was approved and being processed,they took my card I am out of state, 2000 miles away and tried to purchase a vehicle from them. My loan application was approved and being processed,they took my card number to put some money to hold the car then proceeded to tell me 'let me see if it is still available.' Then I get a strange email congratulating me on my purchase saying 'it has been a few days since you took delivery of your new vehicle...'. But that never happened. I was waiting on my loan check to arrive so I could sign it & send it to them. Then they tell me their service department found a huge oil leak & would not be worth their while to sell the car. Clearly, that was a lie because they already sold it to someone else, but sent the email to me. More

Extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. I have wasted so much of my personal time dealing with their issues from a nine-month delay in providing promised parts which were then sent to the w I have wasted so much of my personal time dealing with their issues from a nine-month delay in providing promised parts which were then sent to the wrong address requiring me to personally chase the package down, to flying up to collect the car upon assurances it was ready only for the check engine issue to remain unresolved, to months of unresponsive phone calls about missing parts and only getting a response after public complaint. Low level customer service and care, do not recommend. More
