My salesman was Alex who couldn’t have been more accommodating. I wanted to look at three different cars and Alex made arrangements to do so even though I was a walk-in and he was busy with other c accommodating. Bought a car next day issue already been back multiple times and the latest time was to replace a water pump I get it back drive it a little and those bmw certified mechanics they have (ya right) must hav times and the latest time was to replace a water pump I get it back drive it a little and those bmw certified mechanics they have (ya right) must have forgotten to tighten half the front end back up it’s rattling like crazy and shakes when it starts. Have to go back a 3rd time now and they are 35 min from me so definitely a pissed off customer and would never recommend this place to anyone. I’ve already filed a complaint with the attorney generals office and now this review next I will be talking to the family attorney. Stay far away from this dealer. I’ve never had so many issues with any car deal in my life and I thinks it’s absolutely ridiculous. Chris is a good guy in service I feel bad for him cause he has to deal with the pissed off customers and obviously does not have the mechanics to be working on these cars. More

Took days for a response if the car I was interested in to respond. When they did I was told it was sold, then called back asking when I’m coming in for a test drive?
