Ford Going I’m Wrong Direction I switched to Ford after hearing Bill Ford talk about Ford’s commitment to the environment. Now they are lining up to roll back fuel standards. Cost me $1000's for nothing After bringing my truck to get the breaks done, it developed a squeak and the brakes stick just before stopping and again when starting back up. I have brought it in 3 more times to have them fix this, each time they replace the wrong parts charge me 100's of dollars and still the problem has not been fixed. Last time I bought it in, they told me they couldn't find a problem but yet my breaks squeaked the whole way home. They never even test drove it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! Now they wont even return an email. More
