My daughter just purchased a 2013 Ford Focus. She came to Avis Ford in June for oil change. Here it is July oil pan is not leaking no proof of leaking oil. Took in for my first oil change and the brakes were already having issues, they told me it was because of the mileage I put on my car since purchase 4 months earlier. Wanted me to pay 50% of repairs then out of the blue said they would cover all the brakes. Come to find out when I pick up my car my rims were marked and scratched in multiple places and I had a paint chip on the drivers front quarter panel. When I brought it to the service manger Larry's attention he said that he was not positive it happened at their dealership and maybe I didn't notice the damage before. I should be grateful that they fixed my brakes for me. Terrible experience will never have my car serviced here again. More
I came in because I had 6 months left on my lease and I got a letter in the mail saying they would let me trade in my lease early. Love my new Ranger & receive many compliments. However, was unaware that it did not come with any lighting on either side with sun visors to luminate or in the glove box so I have to use interior lighting was unaware that it did not come with any lighting on either side with sun visors to luminate or in the glove box so I have to use interior lighting to see.
