After doing my research on the kind of vehicle I wanted, options and pricing, I emailed JZ (an internet salesperson) at Avis Ford in Southfield. Happy with this info, we made a quick stop down to the dealership so he could inspect and appraise my trade-in and we got the ball rolling. JZ is personable, professional, thorough and responsive. He goes above and beyond in everything he does (ie; he produces his own You Tube tutorials on various car features, he filled-up the gas tank before we took delivery and offers free car washes.) He's refreshing, honest and made the whole car-buying experience pleasant and seamless. Being that I had damage to the trade-in, I also dealt with Victor in the Avis body shop. He, too, "got the job done" and worked with my insurance company. This allowed me to continue to drive my car until I took delivery of the new one and saved me the cost of renting a car while the damaged one was in the shop. More

Went in for warranty work and wanted to get the engine light to turn off. I was over my warranty expiration date by 17 hours, less then one day over abd they would work with me all on helping me getting i light to turn off.
