Dealt with Chuck Champ at Avis Ford, after having the door slammed in our faces at numerous other dealerships that "claimed" they could get my wife and I financed..but couldn't, or wanted to finance us a door slammed in our faces at numerous other dealerships that "claimed" they could get my wife and I financed..but couldn't, or wanted to finance us at 20% interest with an outrageous monthly payment. I decided to call Avis. We went in assuming either we would be financing a pre owned vehicle, or face another rejection. Chuck was able to get us approved within a day on a brand new 2012 Escape with a far better payment at 4% interest. When all others couldn't get it done Chuck and Avis Ford did! At no time was there any pressure, and we were not made to feel as credit criminals. Chuck not only put us on the road with a great vehicle and program, but also got us on the road to restoring our credit and getting our lives back. Before you try ANY other dealership CALL AVIS FIRST!! You may not come out with a brand new 2012 or current model such as we did, everyone's credit background is different, but call Chuck and his team first, you will not be sorry and it will not be a mistake! We were met by Tim on the lot and he was very kind and patient with me and my elderly grandmother. We had done our research beforehand and knew the couple of cars we wanted to take a look at. Tim provided a preliminary tour of each and offered other models in the range and model year. He brought the keys around to both the vehicles we wanted to test drive. Not pressure to finish the test drive, just a great way to put the cars through their paces. We decided on a 2011 Ford Fusion SEL. After some preliminary discussion about our trade-in value we decided to buy the vehicle. We filled out the paperwork and were handed over to John Hartman (Finance Manager). John patiently walked my grandmother thru the options for extended warranties and what options we had, if financing was what we wanted. After that, we returned to Tim and he took care of all the rest of the documentations. We, mistakenly brought a copy of the title, but were assured that if we returned later in the day with the actual title, it would be a big deal. We drove the car off the lot and are super happy with it. Tim and John made the whole process easy and clear. Truly a win-win situation for everyone. Can't recommend them enough!! More

I have NEVER experienced at Avis that sickening feeling of having to go to the dealer to get a new car convinced that someone there will try to rip me off! What a change from other dealers I have been to. For me, this is what car-buying should be like - Avis Ford has earned my trust! I will always use Avis Ford as long as I purchase Ford vehicles. More

I called Dave the morning I picked up my car and had very little hope I would be walking out with a car. I was looking to possibly get a nice used car but to my surprise, was able to get a new car.
