I wouldn't use them I was looking for a 2018 Pacifica in Pensacola, Florida so I decided to try Avis Used Car Sales. I found one I liked and arranged for the "Ultimate Te I was looking for a 2018 Pacifica in Pensacola, Florida so I decided to try Avis Used Car Sales. I found one I liked and arranged for the "Ultimate Test Drive". I spoke to a nice salesman on the phone who arranged it. About 5 minutes after we hung up he called me back to tell me the vehicle had been wrecked. After thinking it over I decided I did not want to even consider a van that had been wrecked. So I called this gentleman back, left a message that I was no longer interested in that vehicle, and I wanted to cancel the test drive. I also mentioned if he could look for other vehicles I would be interested in test driving one that hasn't been wrecked. That was 2 weeks ago and he (nor anyone at Avis) even bothered to return my phone call, say we're sorry you don't want to test drive this vehicle, or even offer any other vehicles. I finally found a nice van at another dealership, but I wouldn't recommend Avis if this is how they treat their customers. It doesn't take much to simply return someone's phone call. More
