I paid for a wrangler in Mass. about 3 weeks ago. The car was okay.. missing an interior panel and floor matts but the real problem was that it is uninspected and unregistered. So far they have refused to provide the proper paperwork to drive the car legally and I cannot have the car inspected (which is in violation of state lemon laws). Customer service is non-existent despite multiple attempts to solve the problem. I am assuming at this point the warranty is going to be useless as well. Although they may have some okay deals I really cannot recommend them to anyone... unless you would like to park your illegal car for 3 months waiting for a simple registration. More
