It was nice to have a hands off approach where everything was handled by phone and no one was pushing a hard sell at a dealership. It was after I purchased the car that things went downhill. The TT&L department acted like they had never worked with Texas DPS. They didn't send in the correct documents the first time and were not familiar with Texas processes. I bought my car at the end of Februray 19 and as of April 30, still do not have my plates. To make matters worse, the vehicle's current plates expire at the end of the month and I have not been able to get tempoaray plates for the vehicle. Not sure when this will be resolved, but the expirence hasn't been great. More
