purchased a new 2019 Accord hybrid. Two times in 8000 miles the car shut off and I had no brakes. I got brake failure messages on the screen, but the car's computer didn't record these. The second time miles the car shut off and I had no brakes. I got brake failure messages on the screen, but the car's computer didn't record these. The second time I list brakes I tapped the car ahead of me. I was treated horribly by Honda Corporate(not our problem) and the dealership service department told me my only recourse was to keep bringing my car in for service, with the loaner on my dime, until they could recreate the problem. No offer to replace the obviously faulty computer which didn't register the incident and may have been the cause of the problem. So if you want to be treated extremely poorly, lose lots of money on your deal, and drive an unsafe car, by all means get a Honda. More

Transmission Oil Service of a 2004 Honda Civic. I had my Honda Civic 2004 transmission service change oil in Dec 2017 and now in April 26th 2018, 4 months after I took back my same car for a regular I had my Honda Civic 2004 transmission service change oil in Dec 2017 and now in April 26th 2018, 4 months after I took back my same car for a regular motor oil service .The service advisor recommended an transmission oil change and when I mentioned to him that I think it was done already the advisor said, doesn't look like it so I went home to search my receipt. I went back to Avery Green and showed the service advisor the receipt and his response was that it might need to be redone again because it was probably very dirty first time around. I never heard of a car needing this kind of service done 4 months after again. More
