First time i took my car to this dealer for service, i appreciated the customer service even if they backed up with work that day when i dropped it off. But i had to wait a week and 2 days before i get t appreciated the customer service even if they backed up with work that day when i dropped it off. I had a stressful experience with the Jeep repair service. It’s not a good business model to keep a car for three days before even taking a look at it, and I suspect this was due to a lack of personn service. It’s not a good business model to keep a car for three days before even taking a look at it, and I suspect this was due to a lack of personnel. The service advisor was friendly and helpful when I initially interacted with them, but then they disappeared afterward, possibly due to high volume. Ultimately, the customer should not have to bear the cost in car rental due to a business’s operational shortcomings on top of the already high dealer service fees. More
